We endeavor to provide a pleasant and hassle free shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.
Shipping Charges:
Chiyaa offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders pan India.
Taxes and duties :
For orders within India, all prices listed on the website are Inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax).
Dispatch Time:
- We operate on a made-to-order basis, implying that a product is made only after we receive an order for it.
- As all of our garments are handmade, it takes us 10-12 working days (excluding sundays and holidays) from the date of order confirmation to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.
- There may be an extra 8-10 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during sale,season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc.

We have safe and secure multiple payment options available for you to choose from –

- Net Banking
Shipping Address:
- Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number.
- We request you, always double-check your delivery address.
- You can change your shipping address before we have shipped your order, by writing us at chiyaa.in@gmail.com
Reschedule Delivery:
The customer can reschedule the delivery before we have shipped the order by mailing us at chiyaa.in@gmail.com
Delivery:
- We partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.
- From the time of dispatch, it takes about 5-7 days depending upon location for domestic orders to reach you.
- As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that.
- If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times.
- We provide free shipping only once. In case the order is not received, it will be returned to it's origin RTO.The customer has to prepay the shipping charges Rs.200 to get it shipped again to you.
*Note- chiyaa.in is not responsible for any delay in delivery by the shipping company due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. (rare case)
Express Shipping:
As all of our garments are handmade, it takes us 10-12 working days( excluding sundays and holidays) from the date of order confirmation to dispatch orders. This process cannot be speeded up. Hence, express shipping is not available.
Order Receiving Guidelines:
As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a parcel opening video and take images of the same. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number within 24 hours so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you and settle claims with the shipment agency.
Process:
Once you have placed an order on our website and it is confirmed, our team starts processing your order. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS.
Working Hours:
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our team operates from 10am to 7pm IST, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
