RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Given the nature of products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation we deem fit.

RETURN POLICY:

  • We take great care in delivering the product and every product goes through an extensive process of quality checking.
  • We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide any refunds. But we will make sure you get what you have ordered. 
  • We shall exchange an item in case of any damaged product received. For this customer has to inform us by writing us a mail including parcel opening video of damage product received within 24hrs of order delivery.
  • 'Damage' does not include any issue with the merchandise pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
  • Our products are handcrafted using traditional block printing and dyeing techniques. Their hand processed nature might lead to slight color and print variations that only adds to their natural adorability and are not considered as defects.
  • We reserve the consent for exchange of damaged products and is subjective to verification by team.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. All our products are handcrafted and made by skilled artisans of Jaipur and require a lot of Hard work. Exchange is Not available for handmade products.
  • Please make sure to check the Size Chart correctly before placing an order.All our outfits are true to size chart. All garments have a 1/2 inch margin on each side. *If you are not sure about your size please order one size up to avoid fitting issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed. All our products are handcrafted and all our local artisans work very hard to make the products. Hence, once an order is placed we will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
  • We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Some situations that may result in order cancellation include limitations on quantities available or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In such case of cancellation by us, if the order is prepaid the amount will be refunded.
