We offer free shipping on all orders pan India.
We operate on a made-to-order basis, implying that a product is made only after we receive an order for it. As all of our garments are handmade, it takes us 10-12 working days (excluding sundays and holidays) from the date of order confirmation to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.
From the time of dispatch, it takes about 5-7 days by the courier company depending upon your location for domestic orders to reach you.
As soon as the order is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details.

Product
Each garment manufactured at Chiyaa is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process comprising 7 layers of checking. The process is implemented at each stage of production, starting from the sourcing of the fabric, all the way down to the two final checks before it finally reaches our workshop.
Our garments are like works of art, hand block printed with natural dyes. Naturally-dyed fabrics sometimes tend to bleed for the first few washes. This is an innate characteristic of natural fabrics which tends to make the fabric significantly softer and more comfortable to wear.
We suggest Dry Cleaning but gentle hand washing with a mild detergent in cold water will also do the trick.
During the first few washes, wash separately.
Gently wash all garments inside out.
Dry them inside out in a shaded area.

Yes, almost all our products are handmade and dyed using natural colors by skilled artisans of Jaipur.
All our garments are handmade by using Indian traditional art and craft techniques like handblockprinting, tie and dye, handpainting etc. that can sometimes cause minor variations in prints and colors. Rest assured that these are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handwork.

Exchange
Although chances to receive a damaged product are very less but we will happily exchange domestic orders if you have received a damaged/defective product. For this you have to send us the parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed. All our products are handcrafted and all our local artisans work very hard to make the products. Hence, once an order is placed we will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
