Where is Chiyaa based from?

We have our workshop based in Sitapura Industrial Area ,Sanagner, Jaipur Rajasthan.

 

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders pan India.

 

What is your dispatch time?

We operate on a made-to-order basis, implying that a product is made only after we receive an order for it. As all of our garments are handmade, it takes us 10-12 working days (excluding sundays and holidays) from the date of order confirmation to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

 

What is the estimated delivery time in India?

From the time of dispatch, it takes about 5-7 days by the courier company depending upon your location for domestic orders to reach you.

 

How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details.

 

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes you can change your delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped by writing us at chiyaa.in@gmail.com

 

Where can I find your size chart?

The Size Chart is available for all the products in the description.

 

Are all your products handmade and naturally dyed?

Yes, almost all our products are handmade and dyed using natural colors by skilled artisans of Jaipur.

 

The print has irregularities. Why?           

All our garments are handmade  by using Indian traditional art and craft techniques like handblockprinting, tie and dye, handpainting etc. that can sometimes cause minor variations in prints and colors. Rest assured that these are not defects but a reflection of authentic handwork.

 

What are the payment options available?

We have safe and secure multiple payment options available for you to choose from – 

  • Debit Card/Credit Card
  • UPI ( PhonePe, Gpay, Paytm,BHIM & more)
  • Net Banking

 

Do you have Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not have an option for Cash on Delivery.

 

Do you offer exchange on damaged/defective product received?

Although chances are very less but we will happily exchange domestic orders if you have received a damaged/defective product. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed .All our products are handcrafted and all our local artisans work very hard to make the products. Hence, once an order is placed we will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
